Insanity vs Dj Brik Mason

Week 6.  Max Cardio Conditioning.  Day 1.  Not too bad.  Eased my way back into the mix but still keep the insanity.  Shaun T, i am getting better. Letting my feet and body rest for a few days helped.  A few modifications and now i am back.  Woke up in the morning on this round.  I added a fan in the room to help with the stink of my sweat.  Love it or leave it alone.
