I am now participating in a new workout plan. It is called Les Mills Warrior Combat workout. A little different. Worked on the first episode. It left me sore but pumped. More bouncing, more kicking. It is working different parts of my body. Hamstrings, back, core, arms. It is a mix martial art(MMA) workout. I am doing 60 days of this workout. In the mix, i am going to being to run again. This will be a challenge but i wanted to get my mileage increased and begin to run 5ks and more. Here we go summer. Here we go NYC.
