My friend and fellow running/hip hop connisuer put me on the J.Cole. He has the chops. He is from NC. He is new school with the fire of an 90's Jay-Z. That might be why Jay signed him. Listen to his mixtapes first, then move on to his album work. By the way, he does his own beats as well. Butter.
